Details about the role
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Unit Registry department in Quality Control team. This role will be responsible for checking the quality of all work completed by other members of the unit registry team. You will be working in a busy, fast paced team environment and you will have an exceptional eye for detail.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Conduct Quality Assurance across all functions of the processing team and compliance with various controls.
- Review payments on various banking and custody platforms
- Review reconciliations in a timely manner
- Ensure appropriate controls and monitoring are in place to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all Service Levels agreed
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Monitor daily, monthly and periodic deliverables
About you
This is a fast paced role that requires the successful candidate to have a high level attention to detail and the ability to take initiative to solve problems. You will need experience in an administration role in the financial services industry and be at a senior level where quality control is of utmost importance to you.
