The successful candidate will be located in the Bella Vista office, right next to the upcoming Bella Vista Train Station and approximately 200 metres walking distance to the office.
The applicant will need to possess the following:
- At least 2 years previous Mortgage Broking and Lending experience.
- Good knowledge of the Australian property market.
- Good understanding of debt reduction and debt elimination strategies.
- High standard of Customer Service Skills.
- Strong Work Ethic.
- The ability to educate the client on suitable solutions.
- Exceptional time and client management skills.
- MFAA or FBAA Membership, Diploma of Financial Services.
Milyar will provide the successful applicant with ongoing support. The remuneration will include a Salary package plus a commission structure. Milyar has existing relationships with accountants, real estate agents and builders. However, the successful candidate is expected to be proactive and source their own leads in addition to receiving qualified leads from Milyar.
It is essential that the successful applicant has their own transport and must be willing to work flexible hours. Milyar will provide the successful applicant with all the support needed to perform their role efficiently, including a laptop and a mobile phone.
