About You:
As a Lending Manager, you are key to the organisations strategic mindset of providing a complete banking experience to the customer. Apart from being an amazing individual, you will play a large part in the bank achieving this by:
- Selling financial products by proactively contacting customers to make appointments as well as service those that enter the branch.
- Build quality customer relationship through needs-based conversations to fully understand the financial goals of customers.
- Provide professional advice and outstanding end-to-end service.
