About the Company:
Our client is a stable, non-aligned Financial Planning firm that has been in operation for 19 years.  They have offices in both QLD and NSW and are currently in strong growth phase.  They believe in providing their client's with holistic advice that is in their client's best interests.  The company has won a number of awards over the past few years, including "Great Place to Work" and "Healthiest Employer", and were recently finalists in the AFA Practice of the Year.

About You:

• You will have one to two year's experience as a Financial Planner
• You will be driven to build a client base and a career with a company that you are proud of
• You will understand that leads should be treated like gold and must always be followed up
• You will get on well with others and have a natural ability to build rapport with referral partners, client's and team members
• You will be open minded but have a strong moral compass that has served you well throughout your life
• You know how to close and you are good at it
• You are willing and eager to learn

Requirements:

• Must be RG146 compliant
• Diploma of Financial Planning
• Bachelor degree in a related area completed or underway

You will be advising on:

• Budgeting/Cashflow
• Managed Funds/Investments 
• Superannuation
• SMSF 
• Separately Managed Accounts 
• Personal Insurance 
• Inhouse Buyer's Agent for residential property investment available

This company has strong relationships with two nationwide companies that supply plenty of referrals.  It will be your responsibility to nurture and maximise those relationships.

Future opportunities abound.  There is the opportunity to work towards a Senior Financial Planning role as well as equity share in the business.
