Role
The Client Services Team is committed to deliver a service model that provides recognised and sustained value, and positions Computershare as the ‘Partner of Choice’ for our clients.
The team is focused on a portfolio of commercial and inter-company accounts mainly from Banking, Superannuation and Insurance and is responsible for delivering exceptional service and operational excellence to client organisations.
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the Client Delivery Manager will lead and manage a team of Consultants and Associates who are primarily responsible for daily job management, change requests, and general client support. Working in a cross functional pod environment the Client Delivery Manager will also have oversight of all pod activity to ensure that the cross functional team are delivering service and technology excellence every time.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Lead and manage direct reports to build positive relationships with internal and external clients
  • Build multiple and strong relationships with clients within the POD portfolio with the purpose of ensuring client satisfaction and driving commercial outcomes
  • Fully understand the CCS service offering including future solutions/products to best meet the needs of the clients and ensure innovative partnership
  • Manage & support direct reports in building relationships with internal and external clients in order to deliver communication solutions that are timely, profitable and of a high quality
  • Ensure client communication requirement are met from job initiation through to job completion for all clients in team’s portfolio
  • Lead the team to ensure service delivery is of a high standard as measured through NPS. Implement improvement programs and train and coach team members where standards are not being met
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing. Monitor and manage debtors within teams’ portfolio to ensure payment terms are being met
  • Consult with Sales team where new business opportunities have been identified through the operational running of client accounts.
  • Implement and manage coaching and development plans with direct reports, fostering a culture of personal and professional development within the team
To ensure your success in this role you will bring:
  • Proven experience as a supervisor or manager
  • Ability to set clear expectations, communicate a shared vision and lead teams to deliver quality outcomes
  • Previous experience in account management and/or project coordination
  • A positive attitude and clear communication style
  • Resilience, and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a busy deadline driven environment
  • Highly developed organisational skills, time management and attention to detail
  • Client facing experience and exposure to a production background will be highly regarded
