About the role

The purpose of the role is to support the implementation of the Advice Remediation program by being an integral member of the Advice Remediation Administrative team, providing administration support to the Advice Remediation Managers, Advice Remediation Team Leaders and Senior Manager. To ensure the smooth delivery of the remediation program, a high level of organisational and communication skills and attention to detail are required.

 

Duties

  • Communicating with clients, stakeholders and Third Party Providers in writing and by telephone including creating letters to clients and Third Party Providers
  • Provide assistance to the Advice Remediation Team Leaders, Advice Remediation Managers and Senior Manager, as required.
  • Project assistance and administrative needs of Remediation managers and team leaders.
  • Via relationship building and stakeholder management, drive and contribute to initiatives as identified by Advice Remediation team leaders and senior management.

Skills & experience

Ideally, we are looking for candidates with:

  • High attention to detail and proven stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in a financial advice environment
  • Completing regular project reporting updates
  • Strong administration skills and team support experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced level in Word and Excel
  • Working towards a Diploma in Financial Services or equivalent is desirable
