Your new company

Your new role
You will be a part of a high-performing and dynamic team. You will be in control of the daily operational processing as well as ensuring that all the payment, confirmation, and investigation needs have been met. You will be working in a fast-paced team whose aim is to build accurate procedures of the processes and ensuring they are up to date at all times. You will be responsible for maintaining high customer service levels and ensuring that, when queries and problems arise, resolutions are provided to both internal and external clients. You will work closely with Managers and Supervisors, actively engaging in training within the team. One of your key focuses will be on increasing customer satisfaction and ensuring you are performing at a high standard at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have high attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will have experience with different products, such as Foreign Exchange, Commodities, Options, and Money Markets. You will be able to work effectively and efficiently within a team and have a positive and enthusiastic approach to challenges and learning. To be successful in this role you will have at least 2 years’ industry experience, have an industry specific degree qualification, and have the ability to confidently and articulately communicate with both internal and external clients. Being able to effectively communicate with differing clients and stakeholders will set you apart for` this exciting opportunity.
