  • Initial 6 month contract with a view to extend 

 

The Business & Reporting Junior Analyst is responsible for the support of ongoing operations of the engagement with stakeholders, track and report on ICS’s key metrics. The reporting is mainly focus on three areas:

·         Training targets and delivery

·         Commercial operations (PO and invoicing)

·         Workforce accreditation compliance

 

You will be responsible to continuously engage with stakeholders to collect requirements, analyse information, document processes, support SharePoint operations, testing, identify issues and support solutions. The role requires high level of problem solving skills, coordinate activities, organise and synthetise information, manage and present data.

 

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Tracking of key ICS processes progress.
  • Generate views and analysis of reports produced by the Industry Control Centre.
  • Extract, transform and load back-end data.
  • Support and maintain ICS commercial operations behind the budget execution and enquiries.
  • Support and maintain ICS operations behind enquiries management.
  • Continuous improvement and automation of processes.

 

Required Skills:

  • 2 years experience in a similar role. 
  • Experience tracking and reporting complex programs. 
  • Experience consolidating complex information into easily digestible reports for senior level audience. 
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with business units/line managers and external stakeholders and providers.
  • Demonstrated experience and willingness to work ‘hands on’ in a collaborative team environment.
  • High analytical skills are required to manage large amounts of data. 
  • Highly experience in Excel, VBA and integration MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong experience in Data base coding and data management tools (SQL, Alteryx)
  • Highly experienced in data base coding and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau)
  • Experience in CRM or contact centre tools (e.g. Salesforce)
