Working as a Client Service Specialist, you would be responsible for liaising with prospective clients and existing client queries covering a broad range of financial planning areas including superannuation and retirement planning. This is predominantly a client service/relationship management role which will see you providing an exceptional experience when dealing with clients or financial planners.  You will be responsible for inbound client service calls, providing product knowledge and booking meetings.
  
You will be fully involved and not limited to the following: 

• To respond to all client enquires by telephone and through written correspondence.
• To maintain ongoing relationships with clients and prospective clients. 
• Provide client information by ensuring the data entry system is always up to date and accurate.
• To support the business by preparing client documentation and forms in a timely manner.

To be successful in this position you will have:

• 1-2 years' client service/sales experience, ideally from a corporate environment but could also be from hospitality or retail.
• Exceptional communication skills and a high level of client service.
• Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent attention to detail. 
• An engaging and confident phone manner.
• A positive attitude.
