An exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to be part of Australia's leading and reputable financial institution, located at the heart of Sydney CBD. This is an initial 6-month contract opportunity, with further extension.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
With rapid changes happening within the organisation, a Change Manager is required to be part of upcoming various compliance and regulatory projects.
As a Change Manager, you are required to apply a structured methodology in creating an effective change strategy and work alongside the project team to scope, plan and execute change activities across the organisation.
You are to provide change impact assessment and strategy in order to make the transformation as smooth as possible, and you will lead and contribute in the development of new capabilities required through training, communication initiatives and other change management activities
A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
- 5+ years of change management experience within Australian FS institutions
- Proven in depth knwoledge and exposure to a variety of change management & project methodologies and tools I.e. ADKAR, KOTTER, PROSCI, Agile etc.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to construct various comms pieces for change project
- Ability to deliver change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, stakeholder engagement and management
- Forward-thinker, with the ability to think creatively and effectively in a fast paced change environment
