About the role
This role is based in our Camden office and is a 12 month contract to fill a maternity leave vacancy. The Role is responsible for the supervision of the Collections team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of the entire collections function. It reports directly to the Finance Manager, however you would be working closely with the loans department, call centre, front line staff and members.
Skills and experience
The main areas of responsibility are the monitoring and analysis of overdue loan repayments, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, and the collections and legal process for aged debt.
To be successful in this role, you will require strong collections knowledge and experience within the banking industry. You should have exceptional communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and be able to work well under pressure and prioritise your work.
