Associate/Senior Associate – Asset Finance | Direct Sales
Contribute to a growing business and join a high performing and successful team, as an Associate focused on sales within our Direct Sales Business unit.
As an asset finance professional you will take full ownership of client queries and use your industry knowledge and expertise to overcome challenges and achieve the best outcome for our clients. By proactively providing superior customer service and support throughout the finance application process, you will produce commercial outcomes for the business whilst achieving both personal and team sales targets by converting leads and referrals into new business.
You will be representing both commercial and consumer finance solutions across our Corporate and Asset Finance division, ranging from motor vehicles to various other assets. Using your strong communication skills to excel at both internal stakeholder and external client relationship management, you will take ownership for growing our client base.
Using your solutions and results driven approach, with a track record of exceeding targets (preferably in a sales environment) you will develop and execute on effective pipeline management, servicing a high volume of new clients and repeat clients. Previous experience in a sales-based or client-focused role combined with experience in managing multiple work streams or client portfolio is advantageous.
The potential for growth in this role is unending, evidenced by strong year on year growth. We are constantly looking for ways to acquire new business and adapt our approach to be more effective. In addition to this there are several business opportunities on the horizon that will further expand this role. Again this has the capacity to fast-track your development depending on your performance in the role.
