Your Role
As a member of this vital team, your great people skills will enable you to address our members' needs and solve their problems. To do this you'll spend the majority of your time speaking to them face-to-face, using our up-to-date technology to perform tasks quickly and accurately. And with your enthusiasm for all things digital, you'll advise our members on how our apps and online services can make their lives easier too.
 
Reporting to the Area Manager, in this role you will:

• Be the first point of contact for our members to service their everyday banking needs such as teller duties, conduct personal loan & credit card applications, insurance quotes and most of all educating our members on easy ways to bank
• Proactively identify new business, build and maintain referral networks in the Defence community
• Proactively conduct sales calls to sell our award winning products
• Provide relief at Russell branch

About You
Previous sales experience in the banking sector is essential, we're more interested in working with and developing people who strive to provide excellent service and have a thirst for learning new things. So if you can work as a team to make our members your main priority, we'll give you the tools you need to make our member's lives easier right from day one.
