NAB on George is a new style of branch that will shape the human face of NAB. We're looking for high performing and passionate lenders… the ones who conduct discovery conversations, live and breathe Inspire and who understand economic value and risks.

People who are really great at role modelling exceptional customer service. People who'll drive performance through actioning referrals from colleagues and brokers. And people who are experts in our products and services to deepen relationships based on solutions.

About you:

  • Passion for exceeding customer service expectations and providing banking solutions that drive NPS Strong knowledge of banking systems, processes and products (including self-service).
  • Confidence to educate customers and colleagues on leading edge digital technology options
  • Ability to create and maintain an effective operating rhythm
  • Experience in secured / unsecured lending products resulting in proven strong sales results
  • Engaging and professional personal style that uncovers needs and maximises cross-sell during home lending interviews
