Your new role
The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for Receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices for both Projects and Corporate.

• Sending purchase orders to supplier with the correct companies terms and conditions to strict deadlines.
• Ensure that you have approval where relevant before processing documentation.
• Process staff expenses claims in a timely manner.
• Manage and maintain Accounts Payable process and report and discrepancies that need processing to the Account Manager.
• Produce supplier payment records to the Accounts Manager as and when directed.
• All supplier related documentation need to be processed in accordance with internal procedures, supplier contract and timeframes.
• Control the pretty Cash system, including disbursements and reconciliations.
• Other Ad-hoc duties may be administered by the line manager.

What you'll need to succeed

• Excel Skills are required, must be able to VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables.
• Strong eye for detail.
• Clear and concise communication skills both written and verbal
• Previous experience in Bookkeeping and Accounts Payable in a multi-national organisation.
• Ability to work independently as working as part of a team.
• SAP Accounting Software is highly desired.
