About the Role
This role will be responsible for ensuring the effective development and implementation of strategies to support business improvement initiatives that improving operational efficiency, service delivery and minimize revenue leakage.
The Responsibilities
Reporting to the AR Manager, some of your duties may include:
- Ensure the accurate and efficient delivery of resident billing, collection of monies and processing of refunds.
Review all outstanding debts and their ageing on a monthly basis. - Recognise potential debt collection issues and discuss suitable course of action with National Billing & Credit Manager
- Maintain Epicor database ensuring all resident information is accurate
- Focus on continuous improvement in relation to internal business processes, collection mechanisms and reporting
The Successful Applicant
To excel within this role you will possess the following:
- Proficiency in Excel - Vlookups and Pivot tables
- High levels of empathy and emotional intelligence
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Previous reconciliation & collections experience
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Act and an understanding of the Aged Care Fee structure would be beneficial but not essential
- Double Bay location close to shops, restaurants and bars
- Utilise your passion for people to deliver value to customers
- Enjoy the freedom to use your discretion and work autonomously
- Salary package of $65,000 + Super
