About the role  

Kronos Administrator needed to join the payroll team to assist with all aspect of time & attendance and payroll systems. This role will be suited to someone who has a passion for payroll and systems, with a strong Kronos knowledger.


The Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Payroll, you will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following duties:
  • Provide high quality support and guidance to business stakeholders relating Kronos Workforce Ready (WFR) time and attendance system.
  • Managing Kronos WFR, configuring the system to reflect awards, EBAs and our business requirements
  • First point of contact in aspects of all biometric and mobile based time and attendance (Kronos) requests.
  • Participation and assistance within the established Kronos WFR Working Group 
  • Ensuring the integrity and system setup is appropriate and in line with the organisations current EBA’s and Award
  • Support the optimisation of time and attendance. Ensuring the systems functionality and that it is efficiently configured
  • Ensuring business processes such as approvals, reporting, on & off boarding are well established. As well as ensuring time and attendance disciplines are effective and sustainable.

The successful applicant will have
  • Extensive experience within Payroll and Kronos
  • Previous experience in full function Payroll processing
  • Demonstrated experience in leading significant organisational change through project management
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to interpret numerous awards and EBAs
  • Experience working in a large organisation
  • Proven process improvement initiatives
