Work autonomously with potential for flexible working arrangements.  This is an important role, the aim of which is to work with the Client Manager and Principal to prepare financial statements and statutory returns for their small business, primary production and non-business clients.  On the job and nationally recognised training qualifications will allow merit based advancement and enhanced remuneration.

Selection Criteria

1. Accounting degree and CA or CPA completed.
2. A demonstrated achievement in your chosen field or non-work pursuits to date, including consistent on-budget billings.
3. Experience delivering accurate and consistent work in a professional environment with significant client and deadline pressure.
4. Experience supervising a team generating quality work and achieving outcomes within budget.
5. Proven ability to build professional working relationships with people in business
6. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
7. Demonstrated ability to problem solve and deliver results.
8. Commitment to ongoing development and learning.
