The Role

Reporting to the APAC Finance Director, key responsibilities include:

• Provide the Executive Management team with insightful decision support analytics to enhance effectiveness and profitability for the business
• Own the narrative of the performance for the business across the region, via the business levers, KPIs, etc
• Lead the FP&A team to deliver relevant and insightful information to maximise performance and meet the financial targets and business objectives
• Lead the team of finance business partners to deliver relevant and value-added financial information and assistance to the business units
• Identify business trends and advocate pro-active responses
• An active member of the finance leadership team for the region, creating and maintaining a high performance team while supporting a values driven culture

About you

• CPA/CA qualification essential
• Can demonstrate influencing skills and confidence interacting with a broad range of stakeholders
• Track record of change management and process improvements
• Engaging manager of people that builds relationships to achieve the best outcomes for the team
• Posses the credibility and gravitas commensurate with a senior leadership position
