The Role
The experienced Accounts Clerk will sit alongside like-minded colleagues and will be responsible but not limited to:

• Managing high volume of incoming contracts and setting up new accounts
• Performing bank and general ledger reconciliations
• High volume of invoice processing
• Entering invoices and credit notes into system
• Providing excellent customer service, handling and resolving customer queries
• Managing customer information and database management
• Adhoc tasks as required

The Candidate
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role and will possess:

• Strong interpersonal/communications skills, both written and verbal
• Sharp eye to attention to details
• Previous experience in Pronto is preferred
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to handle high volume work
• Ability to priorities workload
