An exciting opportunity now exists for a friendly and energetic full function Accounts Payable Officer who is available for a temporary 3 month assignment with full time hours. Located in the South-East of Melbourne, this is the time to join a well-established and pleasant environment
Reporting to the AP Manager, your duties will include;
- Processing Invoices - high volume
- Raise payments to suppliers
- Generate accurate payments - EFT with limited Chq runs
- Monthly creditor reconciliations
- Journal preparation and reconciliations
- Supplier queries
- Matching and Batching
- Excel experience - vlookups and pivot tables
- Ad hoc administrative duties
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have proven experience in a similar role within a busy environment. Must have strong SAP and excel knowledge.
You must be pro-active, have exceptional communication skills, be adaptable to change and innovation, accurate data skills and reconciliations.
