Responsibilities
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Providing reports and information as required
- Customer invoicing
- Reconcile accounts regularly via Xero
- Preparation of P&L reports monthly
- Quarterly BAS, TAX and ATO compliance
- Work with an accountant when necessary
- Payroll for staff and superannuation
Experience and Skills
- Experience using Xero accounting software
- Microsoft Office skills, especially excel
- Excellent knowledge of general accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work
- At least 5 years of experience with bookkeeping
