We are a boutique and small accounting practice based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne which is growing exponentially and need an experienced accountant with a motivated attitude to aid with the business growth. The right applicant must have attention to detail and able to problem solve with complex cases.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly and year end reports
- Regulatory reporting
- Profit & Loss reporting
- Reconciliations
- Prepare Tax Returns & Quarterly BAS Statements
Education & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be CA/CPA qualified with a knowledge of accounting and taxation laws.
Experience
You will need to possess a minimum of 5 years accounting experience. Working with deadlines, the suitable candidate must be a good team worker who has good problem solving skills as you may have to identify issues and initiate action to solving them. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for this role as you will liaise with clients and their personal information.
