This is a rare opportunity for a driven, experienced accounts professional to join the firm in a pivotal, full function AP role with the view to progress your career in 18-24 months. CA/CPA studies will be supported.

The Challenge

Reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager, your responsibilities will include: 

• End to end processing of invoices
• Allocation of payments
• Maintaining relationships with vendors and dealing with enquiries
• Cash flow forecasting and generating payment runs
• Audit and upload of corporate card expenses
• Completing GL reconciliations, vendor statement reconciliations & end of month journals
• Providing expertise for all queries relating to invoice exceptions, payments and allocations

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• At least 2+ years' experience in a full function accounts payable role
• A high attention to detail and a strong work ethic as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and operate efficiently in a highly complex environment
• An eagerness to advance and develop your skills and progress your career long term
