Melbourne based Software company are currently looking for a Finance /Business Manager to join their organisation in the CBD. The role will be reporting into the Managing Director of the business and will be responsible for the overall financials of the business. 

Responsibilities include:

• Full responsibility for the management of Accounts Payable and Receivable, including payment of batches, credit card reconciliation, account review and reconciliation, debt collection as needed
• Manage all Payroll and Tax processes and payments
• Management of all inter-company loans
• Monthly Payroll processing for all  employees, ensuring timesheets and amounts are accurate, reporting to the Managing Director
• Creation and compliance of Budgets for client operations, in alignment with company goals
• Human Resource duties, including performance management, company communications and recruitment needs as required
• Maintain good communication with fellow company employees as to Budget adherence and adjustments needed to guarantee financial goals are realised
• Create monthly financial reports for the Managing Director and be accountable for achieving all budget goals
• Liaise with the Operations Coordinator to complete travel and event bookings as needed

Skills required include:

• Demonstrated experience managing accounts payable and receivable, creation and management of budgets
• Experience using the Xero accounting software is preferred
• Sound understanding of Payroll and tax requirements
• Experience with ConnectWise would be preferred but is not essential
