- Higher percentage of your time will be on the consulting and advisory side - everything from tax planning to restructuring to growth strategies and marketing).

- The focus is taken away from the traditional accounting firm of time sheets and KPI's based on pure compliance services.
- Training - Ongoing, individualised training from your Partner and Managers will develop your management and business advisory abilities.

- Mid - Tier firm with more one on one time with the partner and manager and strong focus on training.
To be successful you will have 2-4 years experience working for an Australian Accounting firm and be completing your CA qualification.
