Shared Services Team Leader required by large Australian company to drive process improvements in finance
Your new company A well known Australian company based close to public transport links requires an experienced Shared Services Team leader or manager for a project role that will drive process improvement throughout the finance team and wider business.
Your new role Working closely with senior project managers, you'll play an integral role in:
- Process mapping key shared service functions including AR, AP and financial reporting
- POC with department heads to ensure financial information integrity and information flow meets objectives
- Project timeline management
- Working closely with Shared Services team to understand issue and improve work flow
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience managing or leading a shared service team is desired. If you've worked throughout systems or process transformation projects would be even better. Previous large company experience will also make your transition into this role much smoother, as will hands on knowledge of larger ERP systems.
