The Role

This is a commercial position that supports the non-finance Senior Leadership team as well as the CFO and senior finance team. You will be responsible for: - 

• Leading and developing financial analysis across key large accounts
• Developing and deliver budgets and forecasting for these accounts
• Drive and deliver the reporting required to support and enable your commercial activity
• Act as the financial adviser to the senior stakeholder group on all matters including but not limited to: - account profitability, account performance, promotional effectiveness, business cases review and sales impact analysis
• Lead and develop the team to improve over all performance of the commercial finance team

This position is truly a commercial business partnering position with fantastic exposure and visibility to the SLT within the organisation. The list above is by no means exhaustive and their will be a number of ad hoc requirements within this role, making very few days the same as the one before.  
  
The Candidate 

As the successful candidate for this position you will be a strong commercial operator with experience in supporting senior stakeholders, both finance and non-finance. You must be an excellent communicator and have the ability to push back on senior leadership to achieve the best outcomes for the business. In addition you will have experience working with external suppliers, the internal teams that support them and ideally be CA/CPA (Or Equivalent) qualified with an excellent grasp of the numbers and operational finance before transitioning into commercial finance. Experience within the FMCG, Consumer Products or Retail environments will be advantageous.
