Your new role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be employed as a Bookkeeper on a full-time, permanent basis. As this is a standalone role, you will be solely accountable for managing the accounts functions of the business, to ensure the smooth operation of day to day and end of month procedures. This will involve full function accounts through to trial balance, profit and loss, and balance sheet. You will be required to perform all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, bank and credit card reconciliations, end to end payroll, BAS preparation, cashflow, reporting, and analysis.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong background in full function Bookkeeping processes, coupled with skills in the following:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Efficient and dedicated in meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in the use of MYOB and Microsoft Excel
- Sound time management and organisational ability
