Role and Responsibilities:
The purpose of the Financial accountant role is to support the Head Of External Reporting and External Reporting Manager in meetingthe Group and Australian financial reporting and control obligations
- Month end, half-year end, yearend reporting, accounting tasks, reconciliations, journal calculations
- Commentary, analysis and investigation of month end P+L movements inc revenue and expenses
- Assist with budget process
- Co-ordinate and maintain general ledger accounts to ensure consistency with group reporting
- Ensuring adequate application of financial and tax accounting standards in the general ledger
Requirements:
- CA Qualified
- 4+ years industry experience
