We are searching for a details focused individual to expertly step into the role of Accounts Guru.

If you can say 'Yes' to the following then we would appreciate talking to you;

Minimum 3 years bookkeeping and HR experience.
Meticulous with details.
Being organised is second nature.
Proven experience and conversant with Xero Accounting System.
Well acquainted and proficient with Unleashed Inventory Program or similar inventories system.
Holds a current Australian Drivers Licence

This role requires you to be responsible for;

• Accounts receivable and payable management
• Working with Company Director on customer invoicing and collection
• BAS, TAX and ATO requirements
• Assisting in month end procedures and reporting
• Preparation of year-end financial statements
• Maintenance of ledger and posting journals
• Payroll
• Debt collection
• Maintenance of staff and financial files and records
• General administrative duties
• Liaising with and providing assistance to other office staff
