Your Role – A true Executive Finance Leadership Opportunity.
This is a vital commercial finance leadership role. Based at HQ, this role acts as the CEO's right-hand person. Our CFO is a cornerstone interactor with a number of vitally important internal & external stakeholders. The roles' duties require strong financial technical know-how combined with diplomatic communication skills & commercial acumen. The holder of this role needs to have an element of innovator & 'change agent' about them. The role leads and inspires an existing team of capable finance professionals whose remit is to manage the vital financial control, group reporting, taxation, banking and treasury relationships and cash flow management functions for the business. This really is a career enhancing role for the right person.
Our Candidate – An Experienced, Innovative Senior Finance Leader
You're a confident, outgoing people-person. You can be a great investor relations ambassador to the stock market as well as key member of the executive leadership team. You have great ideas. You have a strong technical finance background, perhaps from a Big 4 Firm or a larger FMCG/Retail/Logistics organisation. You have very strong communication & leadership skills and an innate ability to forge positive working relationships. You have 15+ years of financial leadership experience in complex business environments, a relevant university degree & current CPA or ACA full membership. You're forward-thinking. You embrace new ideas. You enjoy complex, highly active operating environments. You have an upbeat interpersonal style. You're a 'modern' CFO with an appreciation for all aspects of a business.
