Skills & Experience
As the Payroll & Accounts Officer you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient processing of pays and maintaining of employee records. You must have the ability to work to stirct deadlines, good attention to detail and be knowledgable about the changes in awards and employee relations that will effect the payrates of employee's. On top of your payroll duties you will be required to assist in accounts duties such as preparation of BAS, accounts recieveable and accounts payble.
Skills & Experience
- Knowledge and understanding on NES and Fair Work Regulations
- Proficient in MYOB and Excel
- Demonstrated end‐to‐end payroll processing experience
- Experience in the management of accounts, banking and superannuation processing
- Knowledge and experience in compliance activities including BAS and ATO requirements
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks within a busy environment
- Well‐developed analytical skills and ability to problem solve
- Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers and employees
- Proven ability to work independently and achieve results as a member of a team
- Has the ability to teach or share the knowledge and skill set to another team member
