We are seeking an experienced finance business partner to join the RACV team and deliver an effective balance of financial management and reporting, and business strategy and advice to positively influence the commercial performance of this key customer group.
Leading a small team of finance professionals, you will act as the primary point of contact for the provision of financial services encompassing business planning and forecasting, reporting and analysis, management accounting, and business improvement.
Forming part of the senior finance leadership team, you will demonstrate highly developed stakeholder management and relationship building skills, exceptional people and leadership capabilities and a focus on continuous improvement.
As the successful applicant, you possess;
- Tertiary qualifications in fields of business, accounting and/or economics.
- Charted Accountant or Certified Practicing Accountant
- Experience of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting
- Strong knowledge of business case development
- Demonstrated team building and leadership skills
- High level financial analysis, modelling and business reporting skills
- 10 years’ relevant post graduate business experience
