We currently have an exciting opening for an Accounts Payable Officer to join a growing property development company who are currently completing multiple constructions across Victoria. This opportunity also offers the benefit of working in an exciting fast paced workplace, which is easily accessible via public transport.

This position is one that will have you working as an Accounts Payable Officer at their St. Kilda road location, where you will be apart of a collaborative and fun working environment.
Description
Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, your role will include but will not be limited to:
- High volume end to end accounts payable
- Reconciliation of supplier and general ledger accounts
- Processing weekly payment runs
- Liaise with internal and external enquiries
- Ensure all outstanding debts are paid within payment terms
- Assist with month end journals and other responsibilities
- Ad-hoc support to the manager as requested
Profile
The successful applicant would ideally have previous experience working in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role and be comfortable to process a high number of invoices on a daily basis. Being able to effectively communicate is essential for this position. A high attention to detail and a positive hard-working attitude is also mandatory in this position. Previous experience using a large ERP system would be considered advantageous, however is not essential.
