The opportunity
We are looking for a PayGlobal Support Analyst to provide first-line problem determination and resolution related to the MYOB PayGlobal product suite. The Support Analyst works with direct clients and internal colleagues, providing support to both end users and PayGlobal consultants working on behalf of MYOB. No day is ever the same - we support Payroll, Time & Attendance, Reporting, our Self-Service websites, and our hosted environment on Amazon Web Services. Our clients represent a variety of industries across Australia and New Zealand, including health care, retail, manufacturing, government, and construction.

The role
You will provide high quality, responsive technical and application support to direct MYOB PayGlobal clients across Australia and New Zealand. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders such as Account Managers, Development Teams, Product Managers, and other Enterprise Solutions team members. You will help our Enterprise Solutions clients succeed by helping the get the most out our intelligent, intuitive tools.

What you will bring

• A strong background in Australian payroll best practice. Ideally, you'll have experience processing pays for large organizations with a variety of payroll conditions and/or requirements.
• A basic understanding of IT (networking, Windows, software installation, operation systems, etc) and a willingness to upskill in this area as necessary.
• A collaborative mentality and ability to work with colleagues remotely
