Our client is a multinational FMCG that has a house of recognised brands in the Australian and global food and beverage market. With products that are well known and loved throughout every Australian home they are recognised as a company that manufactures products which their families have enjoyed for many years and improve their health and well-being.  As part of a recent restructure, a new role has been created.

Reporting to the CFO and GM,  the role will have a broad remit providing decision to support to the various business stakeholders including marketing, sales and supply chain. This will include presentations on performance, modelling and competitor analysis, strategic planning and mentoring and coaching a team. There will also be focus on delivery accurate and insightful analysis and planning across the division with a mandate to drive process and improvement across the financial management process.  

The successful candidate will be CA/CPA/CIMA qualified with a background in FMCG or the consumer driven industries with exposure to sales, marketing or supply chain. You will have strong Excel modelling skills and proven pricing, NPD, promotions and cap ex business casing experience. This role will require extensive people engagement and influencing skills and be able to value add as a true business advisor. This role offers the opportunity for you to run a business from an total P&L point of view and to be the go to person for any commercial decisions.
