The Company
This well known organisation based in the Eastern Suburbs is seeking a professional, accurate and efficient Senior Accounts Payable officer to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
The Role
High volume AP function (end to end).
General ledger coding, batching and processing of invoices in an accurate and timely manner
Preparation of payment runs.
Reconciliations.
Prepare relevant month end and year end reports.
Assisting with other ad hoc duties where required
Your Profile
Prior experience in an accounts payable role
Strong attention to detail
Outstanding verbal and written skills
Ability to work and deliver to set deadlines
The ability to work with teams and take the lead when required
Intermediate MS word & excel skills
Knowledge of ERP systems is a MUST
Dynamics AX or Pronto will be highly regarded
