This ambitious global technology provider continues its rapid expansion on the back of industry-best workforce management software and systems solutions. The Australian practice (encompassing New Zealand and South East Asia), has been responsible for delivering some of the largest, cross industry software and hardware implementations of their kind across the region.
 
In line with continuing business growth, the technology services delivery team currently requires the skills of an experienced Payroll/HRIS Analyst who possesses strong business skills across all areas of payroll administration and management, award interpretation, enterprise bargaining agreements (EBAs) and HRIS/HRM systems.
 
In particular, the organisation seeks a professional with demonstrable skills using workforce management solutions including exposure to one or more modules of: dynamic rostering / scheduling, time & attendance, time capture (swipe cards / biometric devices), leave management, temp staff management and/or integration with payroll software. You do not need to be a systems administrator, but rather, have strong business user skills in WFM software (e.g. Kronos, Riteq, ComOps, Workforce Software, MyWorkplace Solutions etc.), good general IT capability and the enthusiasm to be trained/mentored into a fast-moving technical role.

You will also have commercial experience (or demonstrable personal interest) in technology / software applications and the desire to move into a full time software quality assurance and testing position.

You will learn about structured software product development with a particular focus upon software quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
