Blackbook.ai specialises in emerging technologies, with heavy experience in designing, development and deploying complex solutions in RPA and AI.
Blackbook.ai is looking for several process analysts to join our team in Brisbane. The role will report to our Manager - Process to deliver projects across our clients. These will include working with clients to understand requirements, identify opportunities, map processes, and apply LEAN techniques, and eventually design solutions for automation.
We are looking for a proven people with attention to detail and ideally domain knowledge in Accounting, Supply Chain or Call Centre Management. You will need to have
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to work with clients to understand requirements at a low level; and
- Attention to detail
