Seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a leading top-tier global law firm specialising in Accounts Payable. This position requires the officer to directly report to the AP Manager and you will be responsible for upholding invoice preparation, data entry, payment runs and liaising with internal stakeholders of the firm. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated and dynamic individual with previous legal experience looking to further their expertise within this exciting sector.
The Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for:
- Full function Accounts Payable - processing a high volume of invoices daily (>100)
- Matching, batching, coding invoices
- Experience with corporate card expenses (AMEX/VISA)
- Processing bank reconciliations and payment processing
The right person for the role will have:
- Experience in Legal sector essential
- Excellent communication skills-written and verbal
- High volume, full-function Accounts Payable experience
- Elite 3E experience will be highly regarded, however is not essential
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
