A national NFP organisation is seeking a motivated Finance Business Partner in Melbourne's Inner West

Your new company
A well-regarded national NFP organisation based in Melbourne's Inner Western Suburbs.

Your new role
In this newly-created role, you will be responsible for:

• partnering with non-financial stakeholders and building strong relationships, both face-to-face and over the phone with interstate stakeholders

• preparation of monthly management accounts

• commercial and business analysis to influence decision making
• development of business metrics
• budgeting and forecasting models and templates
• actively participating in team meetings and decision making processes

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will ideally:

• hold a CA/CPA qualification and a relevant tertiary degree
• be a highly effective communicator, with demonstrated ease of building rapport and trust with stakeholders
• have excellent eye for detail, but also a strategic overview of business performance
• be adept at working both within a team and autonomously
• have a consistently high level of organisation and the ability to use initiative
• have previously managed a team, including qualified accountants
