Client Details
Our client is one of Australia’s leading retail companies and is currently seeking a Payroll Officer to join the team in their South-Western Sydney office. You will be a part of a well-established organisation, which provides excellent support in a collaborative environment. The office is located close to public transport and has onsite parking available!
Description
Reporting into the Payroll manager, this role includes the following:
- Full function payroll processing
- Managing monthly and fortnightly pay runs
- Interpretation of EBA's and Award
- Assisting with new starters and terminations
- Maintaining employee data
- Assisting with month end and/or ad hoc duties
Profile
To be considered for the position, applicants will have the following experience:
- Minimum 2 year experience
- Prior experience in an end-to-end payroll role
- Manage a payroll of 200-500 people
- Strong attention to detail
- Be able to multi-task and work autonomously
- Work in a team environment and maintain excellent rapport with all stakeholders
