The successful applicant will be hands on, happy to step into the warehouse and perform a stock take, answer phones, process the accounts and complete the high end accounting requirements of the role also. This is a varied role requiring experience across all aspects of accounting, yet the person will be content to complete filing and perform data entry duties.
We require someone who has a willingness to multi-task with a "can do" attitude and be able to work unsupervised and within a great team environment.
You will be working within a modern open plan office, with easy parking available. The company has high long term staff retention and has been expanding rapidly.
Duties include but not limited to the following:
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
Matching, coding and entry of creditor invoices
Supplier and Contractor payment processing
Credit Insurance applications and reporting
Inventory Control including Stocktake
Job Costing and WIP processing
Attending to telephone queries and answer incoming calls as required.
Filing and other administration duties as required
MYOB Premier experience essential
Minimum 5 years Bookkeeping experience within a commercial environment
Inventory MYOB specialist highly advantageous
