Are you an experienced bookkeeper looking for the following?
- Permanent part-time role (2-4 days per week)

Our core business provides investment advice to a small number of families.
We also own a commercial office building and operate a small technology business.
In everything we do, clients come first.
Our new team member will provide bookkeeping to all three businesses as well as other important jobs to support the business like general office management, financial reporting, data entry, liaising with clients & service providers on a range of admin items, and some personal assistance for management.

- At least three years of bookkeeping experience with a range of businesses (ideally accounting qualifications)
- Xero competent
- High attention to detail
- Proactive and the ability to be persistent with all stakeholders to ensure the job gets done.
- Financial acumen for some investment research assistance
- Happy, friendly, and outgoing. Loves interacting with and leaving a positive impression on clients.
- Willing to work to a tight timeframe
- Some knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and/or financial products would be a plus.
- Willingness to work independantly without the need for cnstant feedback and direction
- Highly presentable
- Advanced in excel (Powerpoint and Word is a plus)
- Willingness to be a 'utility' working across a range of tasks in addition to bookkeeping. some large, some small, all important.
