The Role
Working under the guidance of the Accounts Payable manager, the Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for all aspects of the Accounts Payable Process across the group level. You will be liaising with subcontractors and project managers in order to provide and seamless accounts payable process.
- Data Entry
- End to End Accounts Payable
- Invoice processing and payments
- Liaising with subcontractors
- End of month reporting
- Preparation of invoices and processing invoices for payment
- Reconciliation of credit card transactions
- Handling of queries from suppliers regarding payments and other queries
- Creditor statement reconciliations
Your Profile
You are an experienced Accounts Payable Officer with experience working in a fast-paced construction environment. You are not afraid of a challenge and you pride yourself on having a strong work ethic, team player mentality, you can communicate clearly and have a strong ability to solve problems and provide high levels of customer service.
