You will play a crucial role in ensuring the future financial sustainability of Council through effective financial planning and reporting. You will lead Council’s Corporate Finance division utilising your significant experience in managing corporate finances in a large and diverse organisation. A demonstrated understanding of local government legislation as it applies to accounting requirements is desirable, and relevant tertiary qualifications with CPA/CA will be expected. Your demonstrated success in business development to help drive strategic direction and priorities will be a key part of the role.
