• 3+ years previous experience working in a similar role essential.

Key responsibilities:

1. Reporting to Management Team on the revenue performance of each Business Unit;
2. Preparation of Annual Operating Plan for Revenue of each Business Unit;
3. Preparation of weekly profit and loss statements for each Business Unit;
4. Implement solid business modelling techniques for seasonal initiatives, forecasting and targeting;
5. Conduct and maintain accurate standard product costings, liaise with Operations as required to understand the cost drivers and assess measurement methods;
6. Financial Modelling to ensure revenue maximisation within all Business Units;
7. Provide detailed and clear insights to assist queries from various stakeholders and decision making within the business;
8. Participate in Sales & Marketing Meetings including sales performance, revenue and margin delivery by customer and generate required reports;
9. Assistance in establishment of revenue targets for the sales teams to maximise profit per cattle class and by customer;
10. Assist with assessing the financial viability of business opportunities and customer tenders;
11. Market research;
12. Analysis of Production Yields for forecasting of revenue for each cattle class.
