The Organisation:

Our client is a very well established and reputable HealthCare provider located in the inner eastern suburbs. They offer a range of sophisticated treatments for conditions affecting the Brain, Spine and Back.

What you need to be considered:

The suitable candidate will have experience working in a finance team in the Healthcare industry. We are looking for a candidate who has specific experience using Xero as well as an understanding of MYOB.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Daily/periodic Invoicing - process invoices for ASCEND upon receipt of relevant invoice request
• Receipt of patient/customer - process cheque payments, credit card,eftpos transactions and direct deposits
• Daily banking - reconciling and verifying receipts
• Tasking, accepting deposits & receipting
• Investigating and rectify rejection
• Investigating and organising refunds
• Reconciliation of revenue receipts
• Printing daily bank statements
• Printing and storing terminal statements
• Daily banking report
• Processing monthly journals
