Unique Micro Design (UMD) is an Engineering IoT Solutions company specialising in the design, manufacture, distribution and integration of fixed and mobile data entry terminals, interfaces and peripheral devices for a wide range of applications within the IT industry.
Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for providing end to end processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions, and be happy to contact customers by phone in order to solve issues. Have experience with multiple entities and be familiar with inter company transactions. You will be prepared to provide back up to the reception role. Duties include

Data entry of receivable and payable

Allocation receipts
-
Reconcile bank statements, petty cash

Reconcile general ledger accounts as required

Master card entries
-
Back up Administrative/Reception duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this position you must be proactive and have previous experience in accounts Payable and Receivable. High level of attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions. You will have excellent English communication skills both written and oral. Ability to work autonomously, to a deadline, multitask and have good interpersonal skills. You will be required to work over two days one of which must be either Tuesday, Thursday or Friday.
